Grand Teton/Yellowstone Trip Day Seven

今天的行程是由Canyon Village往Norris方向再到Mammoth 回程走Tower fall那區 把整個8字型的上半圈走一遍


Ranger station museum外的涼椅 早期是當成ranger的宿舍 有點像兵營


Roaring Mountain倒是沒聽到大的聲響


柱狀玄武岩的懸崖 其實沒有很高 Sheepeater是某個印地安族的名稱


到了Mammoth的遊客中心


Liberty Cap看不太出來哪裡自由了?


整個Mammoth 溫泉區的步道


換個角度還是看不出自由的涵義

This is a 6 miles drive called Blacktail Plateau. At least we saw a coyote.(by the car ahead.)


Coyote.土狼 or red fox. We are not animal expert.


Petrified tree. A little disappointed when we saw this tree.


A herd of bighorn sheep on our way back to campground.


It is the leader which has the biggest horn.

I believe that sheep has limited intelligence. I don't know what they try to drink or eat on the paved road.


You have to use such a professional equipment to see wolves or bears.
