think in different ways
develop relationship, connect people
positive outlook--cheer leader
listen in the changing world
work/ family/ personal (Health) No value to company or to people if you are not there.
not afraid to deal with conflict
humor, situation is not as good as it appears, but not as bad as it seems.
How he handled the bad situation which his company had?
ride one horse, stop eating cash business first, lay off MKT staff
negociate with bank and customers so he can maintain company operation
sit down and talk to EEs personally to let them know what's happened.
find out what you are good at
be courage and decisiveness
make decision and take risk right away
think big, be aware of broad things.
